VINAL PTO DUES SYSTEM
On behalf of the Vinal PTO, thank you for your support of last year’s PTO Annual Dues program. Those funds enabled us to fully cover field trip bus transportation and admission for every grade - allowing all students to enjoy memorable, enriching experiences without families needing to send in separate payments throughout the year.
As busy parents, we know how challenging it can be to keep up with all the events, forms, and deadlines. Our goal with a streamlined Annual Dues program is to streamline payments and make participating in school activities easier for everyone. Which is why we’re excited to build on last year’s momentum and continue the PTO Annual Dues for the 2025-2026 school year
The Vinal Student PTO Annual Dues are $80 per student to cover:
Field Trip Bus Transportation
Field Trip Admissions (at least one per grade)
That’s right, this means no more sending in checks or cash for field trips!
Other PTO fundraising activities throughout the year cover expenses of all school assemblies, classroom materials, books for the library, teacher appreciation activities, and more.
We understand that everyone’s circumstances are different. If this ask is too much, any amount is welcome. If your situation permits, donations above the minimum are greatly appreciated.

Send a check made out to the Vinal PTO with your student(s) name on the memo line. This can be mailed to the VINAL PTO at 102 Old Oaken Bucket Rd, Norwell, MA 02061 or sent via backpack mail
Pay via venmo to @vinalpto and be sure to include your student(s) name(s) in the notes.
Financial Donations

Each year the Vinal PTO’s Annual Appeal Campaign helps to finance programs and initiatives at the William Gould Vinal Elementary School in Norwell, MA that are not covered by the school’s budget. This annual campaign is the main fundraising effort for the PTO’s budget and needs to be restored each year. Please consider a donation to the Vinal PTO’s Annual Appeal Campaign.
Each donation makes a difference! If you would like to support the Annual Appeal Campaign, please donate via the Vinal PTO PayPal.
The PTO is a 501(c)3 which means that we are a non-profit organization and donations made to the Vinal School PTO qualify as a charitable donation. Donations made to the Vinal PTO are 100% tax deductible. If your employer matches gifts made to nonprofit organizations, be sure reach out and double the impact of your gift. Many companies offer Corporate Matching, or gift matching, programs.
These programs are designed to support an employee’s charitable giving, allowing for their donation to be doubled with the help of an employer. Corporate Matching, or gift matching, programs are often dollar-for-dollar, however some companies will give double, or even triple, the original donation. Please consider seeking out Corporate Matching programs with your employer when you make a donation to the Vinal PTO.
The Vinal PTO recognizes that every family has different resources, obligations, and needs. We hope to encourage all families to contribute what they feel comfortable with. All gifts, at all levels, have an immediate and lasting impact on our students, teachers, and community.

Time Donations
While financial donations are greatly appreciated, we also encourage donations of your time.
Volunteering with the PTO is a great way to get involved with enriching your child’s learning experience and the Vinal School Community.
